Northbound from Bakersfield:

>From Highway 99 North in Bakersfield, take Exit 30, Highway 65 North.

Go about 50 miles to Exit 43, Highway 190 East to Springville.

Take Highway 190 East (toward the Sierra) to Springville, 16 miles.

Stay on 190 through Springville to the east end of town.

Watch for green sign on right reading, “Scicon 7/ Balch Park 26” and brown sign reading, “MT HOME STATE FOREST 27”

Take next left turn onto Balch Park Road at big white barn with green roof and sign reading, “Springville Ranch”.

 

0.0 Turn left onto Balch Park Road from Highway 190. Road winds for the first ½ mile

0.6 Road straightens, pastures on right

0.9 Pass the Tule River Truss Company and J.P. Wagy Forest Products mill on right. River Ridge pastures are across the river in the distance

1.1 Sign with curvy arrow reading “Next 1 miles”

1.4 Road curves left

1.5 Small white sign reading “1.5”; gate on right. Do not enter here. Continue Come to sign reading “School Bus Stop 400 Ft”. Get ready to turn.

Pass “River Ridge” sign on right

1.6 Enter River Ridge gate on right; “37675” sign

Proceed down road and turn left at bottom of hill Park heading into railing on either side. Please do not block circular roadway

Walk through gate at the “WHOA” sign to reach pavilion and event site

 

Southbound from Fresno:

>From Highway 99 South take the Porterville/Highway 190 exit (about 10 miles south of Tulare), Exit Number 76.

Go east, toward the mountains, about 20 miles toward Porterville. Continue on Highway 190 16 miles to Springville.

Take Highway 190 East (toward the Sierra) to Springville, 16 miles.

Stay on 190 through Springville to the east end of town.

Southbound from Visalia:

>Take Highway 198 East to Spruce. Turn right or South on Spruce to stoplight at Route 65. Turn left or East on to 65 and go 1 mile to Lindsay. Continue south on 65 4 miles to Avenue 196/Strathmore sign. Turn left at the stoplight and go 15 miles to Highway 190 dead end. Turn left (East) on to Highway 190 at River Island Country Club.

Follow above directions through Springville.

 

>From Tulare Take 137 East to Lindsay and follow directions above for Visalia.
